We offer worldwide shipping for all Arcela products. Because each piece is handcrafted with care, processing and delivery times may vary. Please read the details below to understand how your order will be shipped and delivered.
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Handmade items or products with high demand may require additional preparation time.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Turkey: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–12 business days
United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

For international orders:
Arcela is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, VAT, or additional charges applied by your local customs office.
All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Arcela cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address until the package is successfully returned.
