Each piece is made by hand in our studio after you order and ships within 2–4 weeks. It is packed in protective packaging; shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery after dispatch: US and Canada 7–15 business days, rest of the world 7–20 business days. Import duties and taxes on international orders are paid by the buyer.

• Switch off the power before cleaning.
• Wipe the ceramic with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For light marks use a slightly damp cloth and dry it at once.
• Do not use abrasive pads, scouring powder or acidic cleaners.
• Wipe the wooden canopy and socket with a dry cloth; keep them away from water and direct sun.
• Dust the socket and fittings with a dry cloth only.

Each piece is checked for glaze and assembly before it leaves the studio. Contact us if you find a making fault in the glaze, a crack, or an assembly defect. Impact, dropping, incorrect installation and an unsuitable bulb fall outside this cover.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery; the piece must be uninstalled, unused and in its original packaging. Orders shipped to the EU keep the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Report damaged or faulty items within 48 hours with photos: info@arcelacollection.com. Custom-made pieces cannot be returned.
